Hi. İ am 12 years old boy and my body fat is around %11-11,5 and my muscle percentage is about %47. İ dont lift weights, İ use my own body weight and resistance bands. And i dont eat sugar and mcdonalds type of things. And İ just wanted to ask if these are good for me or should i target a lower body fat. İ workout 9 times a week. (Each exercise is 1.30 hours to 2 hours) (2 exercises each day at weekend, 1 each day at weekdays) İ wanted to ask this because i see people have 8 packs and veins going around all their body and i think like why cant i be like them. Am i doing something wrong? Sorry for my english still learning it.
