So anyone increased there muscle mass using crossfit as I cant find any real articles that says it can be done.
I know that its not optimal for muscle muscle mass gains but I dont enjoy sets and rep training.
. I'm more aiming to be a better all round athlete and ideally stronger. But hey if muscle mass increases .I'll take it as a plus.
I was going to do a crossfit inspired circuit but have found some good crossfit apps that give you a wod.
I'm guessing the following rules would apply: 1.carloie surplus Ofc 2. Focusing on strenght wod rather then metcon?
