Two questions:
- I'm roughly 165 lbs and 5'8 (32 years old) and am trying to lose weight and put on muscle. Should I be eating more now that I'm doing crossfit 5-6x per week. Or try to eat the same to lose the weight?
- Can someone link me or tell me what I should be buying for my hands to cover them when using bars? I'm getting them all ripped up. Thanks in advance!
