Is it ok to do burpees and thrusters everyday on top of full body workouts 3x a week, if I manage the intensity, volume? The purpose of this is mainly for fun but also to help increase work capacity.
One day: 100 Burpees & 100 thrusters in as few sets/for time
The next day: Will be a few sets of 10 at a slow pace, spread throughout the day for like active recovery.
Another day I’ll do weighted vest (usually after my barbell full body workout) and maybe lower the total Reps and use it as a finisher.
