Hey everyone! I’m 2 months into CrossFit from an athletics background. I’ve managed to progress pretty well on the strength side but the cardio and aerobic stuff is killing me.
I’ve started adding in HIIT using CrossFit movements and Aerobic Capacity workouts into my programming but wondering if there’s something else I could be doing to help in the fitness department more effectively/efficiently (E.g. running/swimming)?
