I’m about to start doing CrossFit like 6 or 8 AM due to my new work😵💫😵💫😵💫
Never done like that, but deep inside it’s actually a really good opportunity to start my day like that, and get the feeling of having done my first chore of the day, then eat my breakfast and go to work – pretty awesome. I’m used to do exercise after work like 7 or 8 pm.. and to be honest I’m tired of it.
But I’m not used to stay up really early so I’m actually worried about how I can cope with that?
So what’s your experience of doing CrossFit in the morning? Do you guys love it? Is I better than after work? What should I be aware of? (If there’s anything to be aware of of course)
And mostly important – will I still be able to lose weight if I do CrossFit in the morning?
I know it’s individual and what we prefer, but I would like to hear you guys POV.
