Hey! I am writing here, because I am scared to death by rhabdo. Yesterday I bought some dumbells to workout at home and I started yesterday with a some biceps workout. Today, I did my biceps workout aswell, but I did it more intense than yesterday. I mean I tried at every exercise to not drop my weight and to fight the gravity, to put some tension on my muscles. I have to say that I lift with 2.5 kg dumbbells. Now I am very sore and I have pain when I try to straighten my arm, but I can straighten them, but is a painful movement. I drank a lot of water like 4l, but I in this evening I read about this disease and now I am very scared. I did my workout like 3 hours ago and my urine color is white. I just have pain when I am trying to straighten my arms, but that's all. I am still very scared. Sorry for my bad grammar. Have a great night!
