Whether your an elite, rx competitive individual, like to compete at an amateur level or just want to go in a couple of times a week and scale and smash a workout- there’s something I believe we all have in common – mindset.
Mindset and mentality are such a massive part of CrossFit. And I find that when they are negative, it can have such a bad effect on the ability to train. Whether it’s trying to stay in your own lane and not compare yourselves to others, getting frustrated when your not hitting pb’s or simply feeling like you aren’t capable.
So my question to the Reddit CrossFit community is how do you stay positive? How do you fight through those times when it’s not as easy and stay positive and realistic for sustained periods of time?
