Hey, I am new to lifting and 1 week ago almost 2, I bought some dumbbells, because I wanted to get lean and to put some muscles. I am considering myself skinny because i have very skinny arms, but I have some fat on the belly. Scared of rhabdo
Hey! I am writing here, because I am scared to death by rhabdo. Yesterday I bought some dumbells to workout at home and I started yesterday with a some biceps workout. Today, I did my biceps workout aswell, but I did it more intense than yesterday. I mean I tried at every exercise to not drop my weight and to fight the gravity, to put some tension on my muscles.
