To perform an acceptable strict RingMU, do I need to hang legs extended straight or just relaxed or is it ok to lift them forward into slightly L-hang position to give some lever for transition. Is there official distance between gymnastic ring straps?
Since I have to hang mine with fixed attachments, I'd like to use some correct distance between them. Is there such a distance defined? I've seen some Rogue rig attachments with loops to hang rings from but couldn't find any info on their dimensions. Or how should I set them in relation to my body dimensions?
