Westside Scout Hyper
Does anyone else have the westside scout hyper? I noticed the front legs lift up in the front after using 45lb plates. I am currently using 10lb and a 55 lb plate on each side and the front legs lift up even when putting a 100lb sandbag on one of the legs. At Home Friendly Routines For My Situation?

How do I know if I need more volume?
This is kind of a weird question, but I’ve been doing CF for about 6 months now. When I started I was going 4-5x a week and now I go 5-6x a week with a day or 2 of strength days (since that is my limiting factor in WODs). This is probably going to sound stupid but…
So I started CrossFit this month after putting on weight in a pretty small amount of time (I’ve gone from just over 100lbs to being 145lbs very quickly). Grip selection help
Looking into a new box since mine is closing. I found one I like but due to COVID they eliminated the chalk bucket and want to keep it that way. Rope suggestion for battle rope + climbing
Hello friends! I'm kind of going nuts without being able to train here (gyms are closed here in Quebec, Canada). But I just had an idea.
