Signed up for a team competition that I am too weak for – extremely nervous/scared to let me team down
So I signed up for a team competition (2F, 2M) after one of the guys asked me to join as they were looking for another female. We are in the amateur division. They just released the weights for a few of the workouts and I tried them and I don’t think I’ll be able to complete the workouts with the weights given. Hey! I am writing here, because I am scared to death by rhabdo. Yesterday I bought some dumbells to workout at home and I started yesterday with a some biceps workout. Today, I did my biceps workout aswell, but I did it more intense than yesterday. I mean I tried at every exercise to not drop my weight and to fight the gravity, to put some tension on my muscles. I was the fat kid in primary school
Just sharing a massive moment in my life, that sounds small but wow it meant so much to me! I was the fat kid in primary school, heavily bullied and no friends. Narrow metcon 7’s/wider feet
I’ve had every version of the metcons since the 1’s and have loved them. I’ve had no bulls and nanos too, just to try them and still stick with Nike. The 7’s I’ve hated. They are so narrow in the mid foot and after nearly 6 months still don’t seem to be stretching. I sent them back to Nike bc I thought they may have been defective, but nope. How do you program?
Hi, I've been training for around 10 years but only doing traditional strength training, preseason power training and body building type training.
